The negotiation determines for a longer period of time what the university will make available to you in terms of personnel and material resources and, in most cases, how much salary you can expect. Thorough preparation and good implementation of the negotiation is therefore advisable. Content What is negotiated? In what order does the negotiation, including the preparation, take place?
