--------------------------------- English version below ----------------------------------------- Liebe Promovierende, in Kürze stehen die Wahlen zur "Doktorandenvertretung" an. Diese ist nach §34 (9) HochSchG RLP eure gewählte Vertretung und vertritt eure Interessen in den Gremien der Universität wie z. B. dem Senat und den Fachbereichsräten. Die kommende Amtszeit ist die Dritte an der RPTU. Hierzu sind alle angenommenen Promovierenden für ihre jeweiligen Fachbereiche wahlberechtigt und wählbar. Die Promovierendenvertretung setzt sich hierbei aus einer Vertreterin bzw. einem Vertreter pro Fachbereich sowie deren Stellvertretungen zusammen. Außerdem werden aus deren Mitte noch eine Sprecherin bzw. ein Sprecher pro Standort der RPTU gewählt. Also stellt euch selbst zur Wahl und/oder erscheint zahlreich zu den Wahlen um eine breitaufgestellte Promoviernendenvertretung zu ermöglichen! Die Wahlen finden im Rahmen von Vollversammlungen statt. Entsprechende Wahlankündigungen für eure Fachbereiche sind entweder bereits erfolgt oder werden in den nächsten Wochen veröffentlicht. According to §34 (9) HochSchG RLP, this is your elected representation and represents your interests in the university committees such as the Senate and the faculty councils. The upcoming term of office is the third at RPTU. All accepted doctoral candidates are eligible to vote and be elected for their respective faculties. The doctoral student representation is made up of one representative per department and their deputies. In addition, one spokesperson per RPTU location is elected from among them. So stand for election yourself and/or come to the elections in large numbers to ensure a broad-based representation of doctoral students! The elections take place within the framework of plenary meetings. Corresponding election announcements for your departments have either already been made or will be published in the coming weeks.
