Dear Colleagues, We would like to draw your attention to our next workshop „Leading without biases – How unconscious beliefs affect you as a leader“ taking place online on the 02 July. What is the workshop about? Biases are unconscious assumptions that we rely on to process information quickly and to remain responsive. And although biases are therefore necessary and also useful, they can negatively influence our assessment of information and people, as well as our decisions. In this half-day workshop, you will learn more about the basics and how unconscious bias works and discuss specific examples and effects in day-to-day management. You will receive tips and recommendations for action to prevent unintended side effects of unconscious bias.
